With frilly flowers similar to those of yellow water snowflake
(Nymphoides geminata), this white-flowering form is not as
hardy.Also, it sets blooms directly from the leaf axils rather
than from running stems. It spreads by viviparous leaves and
does not have the overpowering coverage of other forms of
Nymphoides. Grows to 12-24 inches or more wide in water
4-24 inches deep.
